How about a module to import and make use of RSS feeds.

With more and more websites syndicating, it would be great to be able to pull a feed into an application.

It would also allow we designers the ability to import our own rss website feed and on-sell/promote through a dynamic means in the application :)

You can add your rss to a website and use the browser to display it. :)

LOL that's the cheap and nasty way...

I mean pull the RSS feed data into a table type view...

This would provide an exciting way to deliver leads to a sales force or updates to a membership directory etc.

Why do all the great ideas make more work for me? :)

I never thought of a leads service like that. It is a great idea.

Nope, I need to do a lot of research into this in order to even see if I can do it. We are talking about creating applications that won't be the same so I have to make this dynamic.

I have actually had RSS apps similar to what is being asked created before. If you need to bounce ideas or see how I had it done, just email or skype me.

Thanks for the offer.

If the database and fields were static then it would be very easy. Since you are creating your own fields and things will not be the same it becomes tricky when trying to work out what field will go with what rss field.
