Photoshop ico plugin - Out of memory

Just thought I'd post this for folk searching for the photoshop ico plug-in.
I found this link http://www.mediacollege.com/adobe/photoshop/plugins/ico/

If you get an "out of memory" alert when building your software and have an icon, make sure it is 32x32 pix
flatten the image and save with the .ico format.
