Watched your video sales letter this morning. Here are some reactions fro a 5 a.m. viewing. It was long. Too long for me. If I didn't know who you were I don't think I'd a hung in there to watch the whole spiel.
It took a while for me to understand what your point was in the video. Some of your graphics were intriguing and I enjoyed them. Others seemed to me to have been put in because they could be put in. The content seems to assume that the viewer knows quite a bit about PLR. That may be a good thing.
However, in my case I don't know that much about PLR so I wasn't clear where the video was taking me. I would have found it helpful if early on you told me in a nutshell what you were going to tell me, then told me that content, then reviewed the hi points periodically in a way I could recall them. I got lost in portions of the video as to why I should buy the software, particularly since I'm not in PLR, and maybe I should be.
These comments have a lot to do with my style preference of how I prefer to learn and be informed and also my limited brain capacity. So they are very personal and other viewers may totally disagre with my comments.
I do think for an "amateur" you did a nice job on the graphics and the overall video work.
Hope these comments are of some use and taken in the spirit I mean them.
Best regards,

Thanks John.
That is exactly the feedback I was looking for. I am working on a new, shorter video.
This product is geared towards people using private label and resell right product to make money. :)
I am basically trying to get a format down that I can use for all my software products. I know video helps sell software just from past experiences. I am now testing the best way to mix video into the sales page. I will be testing a hybrid out with part video and part sales copy.

Hi Thomas,
I actually did enjoy the main beginning..it was informative and fun and kept me watching
it. The only bit need fixing, i thought, was to REALLY do the example of using
the sofware. The first section was big and audio was loud....but on my laptop
when you started the program demo..it was 1/2 the volume and you could
not read the text very well...albeit, when you zoomed in you could, but i mean
it would be great to keep the 'quality' in demo the same...otherwise...um
hahaha...i didnt know you had this extra 'comical' talent...it kept me waiting
for the next 'smile'.
let us know when revised version done please so we can look at it.
On another note...all going ok on the 'you-know-what' front with
'you-know-who' GONE.. :D ?
Talk soon,
Robbie:p

Hey Robbie,
I already uploaded the new one a day after I sent out the email. The only comical thing about me is my face. :)
Still working on that other thing. The more statements "you know who" makes the better I feel about never seeing "you know who" again. Let me just say "you know who" is crazy but I don't let her get to me anymore. ;)
Thanks for asking.

So far the robot is strictly in house program. hehe
Thanks Howard.
I am still testing but I think I am getting closer with a hybrid of video and sales text.
Regardless, the conversions are really great with video.

I'm not sure if this posting relates to the 15 layout package video, but it might have been more appealing if you would have actually done a video showing a couple of these layouts in action.
I didn't purchase because I didn't have enough information to decipher whether it would be of any benefit to me.
Thanks!

Thanks for the post.
This post was about a different video sales letter. The layout package was done very fast to test out this type of offer.
The key to these layouts selling as well as they did was due to the TSB users being able to edit them completely. Even if they weren't exactly what was wanted, all of the hard work was done. All the TSB users had to do is tweak the layouts to make it even better.
I will always appreciate feedback and will try to show more if I run another offer like this. :)

OK, I haven't posted for a bit. Been working on something else, but still keeping an eye on the forum ;)
So, my 2 cents. I hate video sales letters and will never watch one to the end. I will never buy a product that makes me sit that long. If I can't scan through a sales letter in 5 minutes, I'm gone. The only way I would stay at a video sales letter was if I really wanted the product, then I just set it on my 2nd monitor and let it play to the end so I can get the link.

You may want to start using video anyway. My conversions increased enough to use them all the time.

Yes, the sales are the final judge of anything :)
Maybe it's the ones that don't put a link under the video so you can just go ahead and order and not have to wade through the video.

Nope, it isn't those. :)
