I just purchased the software paying through paypal. Installed and tried to run the program – I’m getting the error message saying, “This software was built with a different program. Please contact support.”

I tried installing and reinstalling this software on my computer and am constantly getting the same error, since my 1st. installation - the error message is: Layout error: "This software was built with a different program. Please contact support."

I sincerely tried to get this resolved - with no help from your side.

I am going to ask for a refund from Paypal immediately.

Yes, I have responded to you by email earlier today and have responded to the paypal dispute.

I sent you an email after I received one from you telling you the problem was fixed and to download again. I heard nothing back from you until I got this paypal dispute.

I hope things go smoother in your endeavors or your customers have more patience when a problem arises then you have displayed. I responded to you with 10 minutes of receiving your support email. I doubt there would be any faster support from any other company.

BTW, you have Tiger Foreclosure Pro 2.0 and not TSB Pro. It would have helped to know what you purchased when trying to help you.

Where do you want me to download from?? You never sent me a download link. The 1st. time I downloaded the program was when I got the link from the purchase.

It was the same download link you used earlier today.

I have already refunded you and your download will no longer work.

Sorry, we won't accept the type of behavior your exhibiting in emails.
