Error while create the Software!

I get the following error if i create the Software:

What operating system are you on? 32bit or 64bit?

Is this the first build you did? Or have you been able to build other times. I would suggest closing down the application and restarting your computer. Then open up the project and try to build the setup without doing anything else.

Fritz, do you have a program files in your c drive?

no, in the german version of xp/vista the folder is called "Programme"

That could be the problem then.

Do you have a folder called installaware under your Programme folder?

If you do try creating a folder at c:/Program Files and copy that folder to there.

Your English is better than my German. :)

That is great news on the new error, it means we are making progress.

Please look in your TSB folder for a log.txt file. Email it to tbelknap (at) profittigerpro (dot) com.

Did you add a icon to your project? If you didn't than that could be the problem. If you did then send me that file and I will see what the problem is.

so the software building functions.
But when i start the installed projekt i get 2 errors:

Client.TSB ist bereits vorhanden = Client:TSB is already exist

Does this happen everytime you start the program. What operating system is this on?


This one will be a little tough for me to figure out since you have a different folder setup. :)

i have download the tiger web projekt ( under c:\Programme\) and installed - its functioned creat, but my own projekt dosn't start :-(

Fritz, can you zip up the software and send it to me. It might be better to upload it to a website and send me the download link so I can test it on my computer.

the generated software functioned under a german version of xp correctly!
the problem is the tsb express when is installed on a german version of xp or when the default program
path is "\Programme\.
perhaps you can change this problem in the future.

Great to hear. I had a feeling it had something to do with your computer setup. I still would like it to work under your German version.

I will see what I can do to make this more friendly to other operating systems.


Oh, I am also looking into the ability to change the language on your software products. That is on my to do list for next year.

whereby also head navigation is on German (new one, save, save and CLOSE…. ) or i can rename the labels self
