Error on Creation

Hi

I tried to build the Word processor like the demo video, and when I try to create the setup, after a moment I get this error :

Error during Build:Access violation at address :00000000 Read of 00000000

Very hard to get the error, cause the windows close before I can read it

What can I do to make this work ?

I have a Program Files folder on my C: drive, but the system drive is E:\ not C:\

I use XP service Pack 3 in French

Hi Hubert,


Is there any reason for having your system folder on e?

Did the software get installed into Program Files? Including a folder called installaware?

The system is installed on E cause I have different system running

The software has been installed in E:\Program Files\TSB Express but there is no Installaware folder in it

Hubert, there should be an installaware folder in e:\program files\installaware. Try copying that to c:\program files\installaware.

I need this to work fast, so I can make the project I have purchased TSB for.

Hubert, I have a feeling it is due to your unusual setup.

Where is the locations of Installaware folder and TSB folders?

Someone else had the same problem and it was the location of the folders that crashed the build.

Hi Hubert,

I also stated that Installaware needs to be in C:\Program Files\

Try copying the installaware folder there and build it.

Can you create a folder on c called Program Files and copy the installaware folder into that?

Ok got it to wok, but now end the end of the build I got this error :
Error during build, No files matching Patterns : E:\Program Files\TSB Express\5b8934d-0bea-4bf7-d67........ and so on, I cannot see the end of the line.

I think this will never work, with 1 answer a day I'll have wait 2 more weeks

If you're not happy then ask for a refund and pay hundreds, or a couple thousand, of dollars to a programmer to build what you want done.

Otherwise appreciate the fact that Thomas is working hard to get the software going, and did NOT have to open it up to the public to also use, he could have kept it to himself.

As such, be patient, since he's also working on the coding by himself.

Hubert, I would rather refund you. You only post something once a day (if that) so it hard to help someone figure out what is going on when you have to wait for them to post.

You don't seem to be doing what I am asking you to do. Maybe it is too hard for you to follow. Either way I am refunding you right now.
