This is one segment I will be devoting a lot of attention to next year. I really think you can make millions by going offline in decent niches.

Think about charging offline businesses a yearly subscription rate which includes some support or minor enhancements to the software that you create for them. Businesses are more apt to pay yearly just because they are making money. I always found it easier to sell to businesses or people that are making good money rather than the aspiring internet marketer. ;)

If you are already doing this sort of thing for websites than adding custom software to the mix will be a great upsell.

I am planning on hitting a pretty nice size niche that I will be direct mailing.

The niche is pretty big.

I am going to price the software at about 1k per year. I really think it will be a huge profitable avenue for my business.

I will keep everyone updated once I start next year.
