View Full Version : Buggy layout in WP

The wordprocessor module gets squashed over on the left
in my layout when I put a cliackable image on the right.
I went the whole process more than 3 times - install, uninstall,
delete, rebuild.
It's buggy. Resultant software layout built from the EXE file
for Word processor module looks not at all like the layout designed
in RunSoftware mode and is unusable due to the WP window being
only 2 inches wide - even when the window is expanded all the way.
Fix?

This is normal. After you build your software application, run it. Then, open each page and do a right click on it. A window will open and you can customize the page. Thomas shows how in at least one of his videos. When all is done to your satisfaction, close the window and do not save your changes. By not saving your changes, you are electing to not save any data in the respective fields. Close the software. The next time you run it, you should see it as you customized it.

This is, I believe, what I have done Alton, but thanks for your help.
When running the saved software from within TSB I customize the
layout. Fine. Then close and save. Then create the EXE file
and run to create a fully functioning software - result? buggy layout.
In any case for the nth time now TSB is pretty much corrupted on
me and won't build anything. So I'm dead in the water.

After you run and customize, just close without saving.

BTW Loren, there is something quirky about customizing the layout and I am hoping to change it with the next update.
But you should still be able to customize it at the current time.
