Hi Thomas,

Is there any chance that, in the new version, values will be displayed the same in the grid as they are in the record? For example, dollar signs do not appear in the grid and values that display as percentages in the record are displyed as decimals in the grid, carried out to about 20 places.

Quick revision to this post- It looks like the inconsistency in the grid only appears when the value is a calculation. It displays appropriately in the record but as described above in the grid.

Thanks.

I'm a newbie here trying to be an old bie. :) Can you tell me what is a grid? And yes, I am using pro version now. Cool! I read the manual. But what's a grid?

Please be patient with me. I'm a quick learner and I have a fantastic attitude. Ooh, hope that doesn't sound like bragging. I'd better get that mirror away from my desk. LOL

A grid is what shows all your records. It has the columns and data like a spreadsheet.
