I still can't find the rebrander check box.
Can anyone else confirm or deny this, or tell me where to find the
rebranable checkbox?
Steve:)

Steve, you scare me every time you post. :D

It should be in the same place your charts and reports are within the Software Project window.

Edited to add picture.

Sorry T, but its not there.

Steve, try something out for me.

Go to your folder where tsb is installed and rename builder.tgr to build1.tgr and run the software again.

I want to see if it shows up. Once you do that you can delete the builder.tgr and rename the previous one back to builder.tgr

Thanks,

Thomas

No, nothing even close.
Were we supposed to do a new install?

You shouldn't have had to but you can try it. It won't delete your data.

Anybody care to chime in on this?

Sorry, but I just found that file in the folder.
I must have missed it the last time.
But after rearranging the sort order, I found it.
But still no branding checkbox.

Delete that and try it again. I am not sure why this isn't showing up for you.

I would also like to hear from others.

Let us get some feedback from others first and see if everyone has the problem or this is local to your setup.

Either way, we will get that magical check box to appear. :)

Sorry T,
The software is working well other than that.
I hate to always be the bearer of bad news,
but someone has to do it.
Cloning works well, I like that.
and the graphics editor is cool too.
Still have to try out more.
Thanks,
Steve

Do you have the relationship tab on the Software Object. It should be near the Software Objects.

I reinstalled on my G: drive, and its still the same.
No brander and no relationship.

We will look forward to it,
and if you want me to test it for you first, I can do that too.
Back in 96/97 I was a beta tester for win 98.
We were reinstalling windows weekly.
So this will be easy...once you do the hard parts. :)

In my case, I uninstalled the previous version and re-installed the new version in the same place. All my objects and projects are there. But, no rebranding button.

http://screencast.com/t/ydgyz6zv

All seems great except one little thing. It is a little thing and easy to work-a-round. When I attempt to add an existing object to a project, no objects show in the selection list. I am able to use the search feature to easily add them.

I would like to thank you Thomas for all your great work,

Alton

I installed it on a brand new computer and there isn't a brandable checkbox in the software project module, BUT you can see it in the grid.

I don't see a relationship tab.

I am making some headway now. This is incredibly frustrating but that is the norm in programming. hehe

I am focusing on this and will upload a new version once I get it worked out. My programming software isn't allow me to edit a file, otherwise I think I would have it resolved by now.

Bless your heart! Computers can be sooo frustrating.

I joke that the reason I don't own a shotgun is because I would have shot up my monitors long ago! LOL

As it is, I tend to bounce up and down in my chair and yell... and as a former union stagehand, my language can strip paint off of the walls!

Although we have no brander check box when we build objects, there is a read only brander check box shown when looking at the list of software objects. I have an image of it...

I thought I would point this out, Thomas, if it is any help.
