Thomas,

I've starting receiving several errors when using TSB pro. (listed below) I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version.

The computer I'm using has 2g of ram. Do you have clue what causes these errors?

Attempted to place a ICON in a software project and recieved

Exception occurs while assigning the 'DetailView, ID:Software_DetailView' view to WinWindow:
Out of memory.

Receive this error when I click on the Run Software button, but when I click on it again the program will compile

The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)

Opening an exiting Software Project received this error.
Exception occurs while assigning the 'DetailView, ID:Software_DetailView' view to WinWindow:
Out of memory. Opening an exiting Software Project

Received this when I clicked on software object to build a new project
Exception occurs while assigning the 'ListView, ID:BO_ListView' view to WinWindow:
Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object. Received this when I clicked on software object

Hi Bill,

This is a common error when dealing with multi layered icons. I know some people had this error with favicon as well.

Please make sure there is only one layer to the icon. You can use Gimp to figure that out. It is free graphics software. I use it to take other graphic formats and change them to a icon format. It works beautifully.

Thomas,

I uninstalled TSB and deleted the it's folder and then reinstalled it.

Started out with fresh install and everything seems to be ok, no errors.

By the way do you use word to create your help files?

Hi Bill,

Thanks for letting me know. That sounds pretty strange that it worked. Hey, welcome to software development. lol

I amusing Screen Steps Pro for my help files. It is incredibly fast.
