I created a small demo program and delivered it to a friend to install. During installation, he receives the error: "Unable to load plug-in library. Please rebuild your project and make sure all required plug-ins are installed. Action skipped."

I believe this is with Windows 2000. I should also point out that this same install exe worked fine on my Vista machine.

Thomas, I'll email a screenshot.

Hi Rich,

Thanks for the picture. It looks like a problem with installing the .net framework. I will try to fix it on my end. Your friend can download and install the 2.0 framework to get past that problem. Luckily, most computers will have the framework installed.

My friend confirms that it might be the .net framework. It's a laptop computer running XP that he's using because his main machine lost a hard drive Friday.

(BTW, this guy might buy TSB Pro once I've impressed him with a touch of software. I'll be tickled to welcome him to the community!)

I am pretty sure it is the framework. It should be dowloading it from my site if it isn't installed.

Cool, looking forward to seeing him posting here. :) This place is getting more and more valuable with all the great people here. I am trying to get more people here myself.

Thanks,

Thomas
