Copying Records?

Is it possible to copy a record when it has been filled in? I'm thinking of say tracking affiliate commissions and having a new record for each month, where all the information would be the same except the month/date and the number of sales?

Cloning objects and projects is brilliant - I've got an idea for at least 4 projects which just need me to change one word:D
