Thomas,

I probably just need to be slapped, but I just tried to make an image editor. When I attempted to test run it, I got an extensive error message. I attached a word doc with screenshot to show you what I mean

Edit: Doesn't look like the attachment stuck. I will have to try again later.

Thanks,
Evan

Very sorry. I will have to write out the error messages a little later. A number of my sites have been hacked and I'm trying to sort that out.

Regarding the errors, I tried to make an image editor. I created an object, added the object to a project, and then tried to do a test run, and that's when the errors started popping up. Probably some simple procedural error on my part.

I am really sorry to hear about your sites being hacked, Evan. Get those taken care of first, we will always be here.

It could be the way you are naming your editors. Finish up getting your sites up and running and we will figure this out afterwards.

Thomas,

I'm gradually getting the hacking problem under control. So, back to the question. This morning, when I tried to open up the test software I made, I got 2 error messages:

First:
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.at TigerSoftware.Builder.Client.UI.ClassCompile.Class Builder()at TigerSoftware.Builder.Client.Program.RunSoftware(S tring Path)

Second, when I click "Ok" on the above, I got this second message:
Object reference nnot set to an instance of an object.

Thanks,
Evan

This happens to me whenever I fail to select an object image (property editor type)... Make sure you have selected a property editor for all your "fields"...

Jonathon,

Thank you. I'll check this. I'll have to do another build as this one won't open. I also need to review the manual and videos.
