There is a log.txt file in the same directory as tsbexpress. Email that to me at tbelknap (at) profittigerpro (dot) com.

Thanks,

Thomas

Hi Patrick,

How many operating systems are you running on your computer?

Is TSB Express installed on the c drive?

Thanks,

Thomas

The TSB Express files lie under the programs folder

Try creating a Program Files folder within the c drive.

Copy the folder Installaware into the Program Files folder you just created. Try creating your exe again. This is a setup problem I need to rectify.

Let me know what happens.

Okay I think you lost me a bit. I have a folder on the c drive which is named program files. It isn't that one you mean I should create is it?

I guess you mean I should create a folder within the c drive where I can put the Installaware from TSB Express into.

Please paint it out a bit for me

PS. Sorry for needing all that support, but when the software won't work proberly I need to ask for help:o

It isn't a problem Patrick. This is a problem I need to fix with the installation.

Do you have a c:\Program Files or a c:\Programs?

Hehe:D

C:/Programs have the Installaware folder

Copy that Installaware folder over to c:\Program Files and then try building a new exe. I am looking over your layout file right now to see why the scheduler isn't working for you.

Okay thanks

Hmm it seems like the exe file is getting done, but I can't find it where it should be saved to. So I think there still is some kind of error:confused:

I have tried 5 times since I did what you told me, but it still can't save the exe

ThomasAin't that the truth, hehehe. I can't count how many times I get an error and it is JUST NOW becoming second nature to check that I included and icon and wouldn't you know it, 99.999999% of the time - that was exactly what the problem was...

I just need to put a check for the icon before the build. I thought there was logic in there but it isn't working.
