I have received many many emails and PM's asking
for help with creating new software applications, so
I decided to finally get over my shyness and create
a brand new video.

This video will walk you through the entire software
creation process, the basics of it anyways. You will
watch me as I explain the step-by-step process of
creating a basic software application...

Plus, a special bonus is also included which should help
ease the creation process of your first application.

Please bear in mind that this is my first (voice) video,
so there are a couple hiccups, BUT, when you get
done watching this video, you WILL be ready to create
your first application in 30 minutes or so. (Heck, I did it
in this video in roughly 30 minutes, and that was with all
the explanations, so it can, and will, take a lot less time).

Again, you will see the exact process I use to spit out
multiple applications each and every day, so the process
DOES work and is the simplest way I know to explain it.

A BETTER THAN Money Back Guarantee
I am so certain that this video will help you create your own
software application, that if it doesn't, I will give you a free
1 hour 1-on-1 consultation with me where I will personally
walk you through the entire process.

First of all is this video just for pro version?

How advanced software will this video show me how to make?

Patrick, thanks for your questions...

First of all is this video just for pro version?Sorry, yes, this is for the Pro version.
How advanced software will this video show me how to make?Nothing advanced. This video will show Pro users how to create a basic software application and is meant as a starting point to help them understand the "flow" of getting started with their first application.

If I receive enough positive feedback, I will then create a video for intermediate and advanced uses as well...

Jonathon,

Just purchased and watched your video. Thank you very much! Very clear and answered many questions. My only comment is that if you plan on releasing more videos, please bump the volume. Although I could hear everything, I would have found a little more volume helpful. Anyway, great tutorial!

Someone just emailed me saying that since this was my first video,
I should set the price to something low, so interested parties would
be willing to purchase and see how well my videos are laid out... I
am heeding his/her advice and am now offering this video for just
$9.95 to give people an idea of how "non-techie" and "easy to follow"
my tutorials are... BUT, I will not keep the price this low for long.

Infact, the price will probably be back to normal price within the next
24 hours or so...

In exchange for the lower price, I am asking that you please please
please provide me with some feedback (good OR bad) to let me
know what you liked and disliked about the video so I can ensure
that future video tutorials are more towards your needs/wants...

Grab your copy now for just $9.95 and remember, this offer still
includes my "BETTER THAN Money Back Guarantee"... You
have absolutely NOTHING to lose... You WILL have the knowledge
needed to complete your first software project within 30 minutes
of watching my video.

Hi Jonathon,

I just wanted to let you know that I enjoyed the video even though I have been making programs for awhile. It is interesting to see what methods other people are using in their approachi in laying out software. Even though the video is basic I still learned a few tricks. Good job!!!

As previously stated a little more volume would be good for us old guys and making the video a true download file so that you do not need to be on the internet to view. I am still trying to find a way to keep it on my computer for easy reference. Thanks.

RolandHey Roland, thanks for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated.

Re: a little more volume would be good
The volume issue is definitely being looked into (I am looking to purchase a higher quality mic as I assume that is what the problem was)...

Re: making the video a true download file
Please re-download the package and open the exe file. You should now see a link which will allow you to download a local copy of the video to your own computer... (same goes for previous buyers). I created a video-book to try to keep the size as small as possible, as well as to try to deter people from sharing the video, however, I am sure all the buyers here are upstanding folk, so I am not so worried about that... As stated, download the package again and you should see a link. Let me know if you have any problems.

To: anyone else who may be interested in this video
I announced yesterday (or early this morning) that the price was lowered and would be increased shortly. Since you guys are obviously taking a liking to the new price, the price will remain at just $9.95 for another 24 hours... and of course, my better than money back guarantee still applies, although, I am thrilled to say that I have sold 17 copies of the video and NOT A SINGLE refund request or complaint has hit my inbox (perhaps I should turn my email back on, eh? heheh)

Jonathon,

Thanks for the download link. It worked fine. For people getting started with TSB this video will be very useful and informative. It will save them time with learning some of the tricks of the program. Again thanks. Will be looking for more advanced videos from you in the future.

Hey Jonathon,

Is this or any others included in my monthly membership to WBI? I know you are working on the site but the click is ticking:) Please let me know. Can't find any how to videos at WBI?

Sent you a email to the address you provided in the other post.

Let me know, I am 'membership cleaning' and deciding what to drop and what to keep.

Hey Terry, I was gonna reply to your email but I figured it would be best to do it here for others to see as well...

This particular video is not included but it is available at half price for members.

There are also tons of other videos being uploaded, but I need to get all the videos uploaded first before I turn on the video lounge. The reason is that all the videos are already listed in my custom CMS and once I turn it on, if the video is not uploaded for a particular CMS entry, it will cause an error, so I need to finish uploading and checking them first.

Kev,

Hi. Thomas has provided video documentation at: http://www.profittigersystems.com/comm/index.php. However, if you go the first post in this thread by Jonathon and check the signature, you'll find a link to a very good video on building a basic application. I can attest that Jonathon's instructional videos are very good as I am a customer. MikeM's 70 minute video is also very clear and helpful, and I say that as a customer. However, you can check out the basic operations of the software by viewing Thomas's free video documentation at the link above.

For the past 5 years i have been heavily involved in shooting still photography, however recently i have been tempted to start including videography in my work, every person knows how to use a basic consumer camcorder, you turn it on and your away however what i wanted to know is on the more advanced video cameras do you set an aperture and ISO value the same as you would for stills or is it basically automatic, also in still photography if a subject is too dark you would slow down your shutter speed excluding ISO and aperture but how do you get a brighter shot in low light if you cant change a shutter speed ?
sorry for the silly questions but its a different world from still photography to start with.

There are no silly questions unless it comes from me. :)

There is a learning curve but when you understand everything you will realize how damn simple it is.

Is Jonathon still around? I checked out his video sales posts, but his domain looks to have gone to hell (or hostgator as the case may be)...

If he is no longer around, anyone have any idea of how to contact him to obtain the videos... I'd like to shorten that learning curve...

Thanks :)
