Hehe high I'm just sitting here tearing my hair out because I can't afford the pro version.

All of you tell me how good it are and it makes me insane when I can't get it.

So if you have some money in your paypal just sitting there then you might as well donate them to me hehe lol:D

since this is offtopic I think I'm allowed to post here

Hey Patrick, first off, how are we supposed to donate when no one, other than Thomas, presumably,
has your payment info? Secondly, you have never asked for donations. Thirdly, we are all too busy
creating killer apps with our Pro version :D :D :D

Seriously tho, the pro version IS better, HOWEVER, you can still do SOOOOOO much with the express
version. I have both installed and to be honest with you, when my wife starts building software, she
sometimes opens express by mistake and then half the project is done before we even realize that she
opened the express version...

The main differences are...

- a few extra editors
- relational database feature
- charts and reports feature

I know those are HUGE features, but like I said, there is still soooooooooooooo much that can be done
with the Express version...

Both versions are incredible and will enable you to create some really kick-ass apps...

Note: When the express version first came out, there were none of these "workable" fields (as I call
them). All the fields were straight "text" fields... All you could do was create software which would allow
users to type in answers for everything... Even tho it was limited in that respect, I, as well as many
others, was still able to spit out some awesome software, so, even tho you do not have pro, it is still
very possible to create some killer apps...

Hehe your'e just punishing me:D

I think the biggest problem I have is coming up with ideas for a little more avanced software than a PLR manager.

By the way I bought your basic application building video. I just hoped you would have gone over coming up with software ideas

Hey Patrick, just do a Google search for "plr manager" and you can see what others have and get a lot of ideas. Many vendors will let you download demos or trials. Look for ways to improve on what the competition offers. You could include more features, or just make an easier to use product. Or a cheaper product. One of the greatest features you have built into your products is the ease of installation. That is a problem for most buyers. In any event, after you construct a great product, you have to create some method of getting the message across. Such as sales pages, videos, forum signatures, etc.

If you want to sell software, and I think we all do, spending a little time discovering what people want is a great idea. I always check the keyword "software" without any other words attached. See what kind of software people are actually searching for. And, how much is already available. What are they paying for it? Then, match that against what kind of software your skills and software builder can handle.

I take you through coming up with ideas, researching those ideas and implementing them... It is a large video so I may break it into a series of videos...

I am not sure exactly when, and as for the price, the reason I am thinking of
breaking it down into sets (or volumes) is so that is can be priced accordingly.
