Hi Thomas,

After a Software Object is created and saved, could it be re-edited? I also seemed to have messed up in the naming convention. After I called up a previous Object and did some editing, it would not allow saving. I get this error message: "An error has occurred connecting to the database. Please contact your system administrator".

Is there a way to clear the database to avoid uninstall/reinstall TSB? I could not find the file you mentioned in previous post, Builder.TSB.

Thanks,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,

That is a strange error.

You can edit Software Objects but not the name.

There must be a Builder.tsb file otherwise you wouldn't be seeing your data. :)

Delete that file and it will start you new.

Even if you uninstall, that file will still remain because it gets created when you run the software.

Hi Thomas,

Yes, I found the file and deleted it. This is much easier. Rebuilding my Objects and going much faster now.

Thanks,
Daniel
