Error opening software project

Get the following error when I want to open a software project:

"Exception occurs while assigning the 'DetailView, ID:Software_DetailView' view to WinWindow:
Out of memory."

This might be one of the problems associated with not having a single layer Icon. To be honest, I don't remember that exact warning, just that it involves an *Out of Memory* Message.

Be sure that your ico file is just one layer.

I was using on Online ico creator and having spotty luck. I use CorelPhotoPaint and couldn't get it to handle the ico files.

I finally found a great free software: IcoFX

Also, make sure that your icon is 32 x 32
