Did anyone happen to know where I can download the Delavo manuals. There system is really screwy over there. I can't find anything but they insist it is set up the best way possible.

I asked in their support forum but they ban people for posting urls. lol

If you know the link, can you pm me. I don't want anyone to get into trouble posting a link in the forum here.

Thanks,

Thomas

I own Fantasos, and did the swap to Delavo. No videos. Sent in a support ticket. I have been dealing with tech support tickets over this for over a week now. They keep saying the passwords were sent in an email I got when I signed over from Fantasos. I keep saying I never got such an email. They keep sending back the same s***. I have never seen such useless support on this in my life. Like, your giving it away for free dude, why so secretive about the manuals to use it?

So, I finally went in and signed up with a second email address, got a second copy of Delavo (not sure if we can even say it with out repercussions, aparently we couldn't say Fantasos) ooopppss I said it. And this time they sent me login details in an email.

Then yesterday I get an email, as a Fantasos user, with my email that I originally signed up with saying I should sign up for Delavo, using only this email so I can get the videos. It also says I can get another copy of Delavo when I do this. So, of course I do, but now I'll have 3 copies which I can put on 3 domains. Problem is, now I don't know which domain to register for the 3rd copy, so my poor brain is worn out thinking about this. Cause I'll never use the 2nd or 3rd copies, as the 1st copy has all my extra "plug ins" (another name for I'm going to scam the shit out of you and make more money cause I won't live up to my promise to give you lifetime updates like I said when I sold it to you).

Anyways, long story short, I may not even use it again since I changed to RAP because I hate their cocky holier than thou attitude towards their customers, even though it is a great product. Just goes to show how your attitude can lose you customers.

I have Fantasos but have never used it...

Then the Delavo stuff started... It was just TOO confusing to even figure out what it was and why I should want it.

I, too, have found the support a PITA... :(

I decided to ignore it all!

To be honest with you, I have tried JVManager, Fantasos, RAP, VIP Shopping cart, and DLGuard and guess which one I always use when I want to throw something up quick and easy........................Come on now, take a guess.....................TADA................it's ...................DLGuard :D

It is quick and easy, no screwing around with java code, pages that don't line up, etc. Just put in your details, get the payment link, insert it in your web, and your done. Ten minutes tops, and that's waiting to upload the product. I'm anxiously awaiting the pro version to see how that would fit in my scheme..........er I mean plan :D

Thanks Jonathon. That helps a lot. I still can't download the videos from the site but at least I have the manuals.

They will be charging for support after 30 days. I don't have a problem with that but I would have a problem with the way they are supporting it now.

I had a little run in with John on the warrior forum. I do think he is a great guy but a little egocentric about his products. If you don't understand how to do something than it is your fault. That is pretty much the gist of it.

I have been working developing and analyzing systems for a long time. That being said, I can't understand why they have it set this way.

One website is for the download of the installation. Another website is for the documentation. I can't log into the website for documentation. I can login to the Delavo site for the installation but it doesn't have any of my purchases even though I went through the purchase thing to get the download.

Of course the person that is wrong is me. lol

I heard great things about Fantasos from Andre Vas here. He puts a lot of transactions through the software so I have to just figure it out on my own unless I start developing my own. Which may happen when I put together my development team. ;)
