Dumb question here, do you mean labels as in field labels, tags/keywords for a record, or printable labels like the reports module will hopefully do?

We are talking about being able to place a label on a software during the customization of the software. Just like putting a empty space or splitter.

ok, I had thought there was already a drag and drop label control right next to the empty spaces. Will have to recheck it.
