Hi Thomas, Great site.
Just an FYI, I was unable to register for the main site in firefox. The Name and email fields were sort of grayed out, but in yellow.
I went to IE6 and registered no problem though. And everything else seems to work in FF

Thanks Steve,

I will test the registration in firefox right now.

I have IE7 and it works fine there. I also tested the look on chrome and FF which worked good. Hopefully people won't be using too much of IE6. hehe

Don't you just love this web stuff. So many browsers. Honestly, IE was the biggest hurdle in getting this site up. I kept getting errors like you wouldn't believe.

Hey Steve,

I just registered under FF and it worked. Maybe there was a plug in interfering with your registration.

Hi,

Worked fine for me in FF. I usually avoid IE if I can :D

Just a friendly comment for those who are a bit blind like I am...

Any chance of a lighter color to the site? I have a very hard time reading sites that have a super dark theme.

Orange text is pretty good on the black background but the thinner white is a problem.

Thanks,

Hey Brad,

I will try to make the text bigger. I may change the background to make it easier to read as well. I am still playing around with it. I do thank you for the feedback.

IE is a royal pain. :D

Thanks, I normally just bump up the font size anyway.

BTW, the quick reply isn't working for me which you may know about already.

On a related note...

I'm a former Moderator of a big IM forum, and I'm not a big fan of quoting every post because most times it isn't necessary and to me just gets in the way of the flow of the thread. So using quote to post means I have to delete the quote while replying.

Hopefully these comments are taken as constructive feedback and not as just complaining. ;)

Opps forget what I said about the quick reply not working - user error.

Yeah I'm not sure why it wouldn't work for me, but the yellow in the fields that wouldn't work suggests to me that it may have been the google toolbar auto fill feature.
But we only have to register once so not a problem.

Oh right, I've noticed that with some darker themes before. One time I tried to get a cool Joomla theme working and anything typed into some of the registration fields disappeared. I tried to fix it but didn't have much success so I switched to a different theme.

Since I normally go with lighter themes, I forgot about this issue until just now.

I just tested in Chrome, FF and IE7 with two user accounts and couldn't get that error.

Sorry, I should have been a bit more specific. No script error at all, the errror was me being a little blind - ha.

I over-looked the way to activate the quick reply feature using the button on the lower right-hand corner of each post with the paper and feather.

Hope that was specific enough.
