Man, I have been reading this everyone now. This will hurt a lot of people, especially with the FTC cracking down on review sites with no disclosures of being an affiliate.

The one thing we can do and works is to use our software to get people on our lists. This can bypass Google and their slaps.

Offer a free download. If you make the person sign up to get the download you can be slapped as well. If you say free than let them download it for free.

You make them optin for the password after they installed it. This works really nicely and gets them on your list so you can send them to your review site or any other sites to make those sales.

It is best to create something the goes along with what you want to sell. A companion product works nicely.

Just a brief idea when working with Adwords.

Yeah, that works well when you make them sign up for your list in order to get the activation code. I did have one person that emailed me though and tried to avoid the signup. He just needed the activation number...he didn't need no stinkin list! LOL O'course, I referred him to the signup area again.

I have had a few of those emails, Alton. I just let them know they can get the password anytime by opting into the list. If they don't want to be on the list then they can opt out.
