Hi im new

Hello every body I just signed up and Im excited about making software. I have a few Ideas like recipe software and DVD organizer software. I was just wondering If anyone would like to share with me what sells and what doesnt and just everything else I should know.

Hi and welcome! Thomas's software maker is exceptionally cool. One way to explore kinds of software to make is to do a search for software already written for whatever niche you might have in mind. Otherwise, the TSB Express sales page has a list of possible niche areas. Recipe and DVD niches would probably be successful niche areas where you could sell software.

You don't need to create something new. There are a lot of proven software programs that people purchase. You can add your own twists.

The beauty is that your software will be better than most developers out there. Most developers can't create a user friendly piece of software. You can based on the layouts that TSB creates. People want software that is easy and I don't think it gets much easier than the software you create.
