Login timing out too soon

Every time I come back to the site, even though I've left it open, I have to log in again.
Can't we have a longer login period?

The only other thing I can think of ---is that your cookies on your computer settings may need adjusting. What browser are you using. The 'remember me" button is supposed to set cookies on your computer.

I'm using firefox 3
I dont have this problem on other sites.

I am using FF3 and I haven't had any problems...

I have recently had firewall issues with some sites. I use ZoneAlarm. They keep changing the settings on me. Have you checked that out as a possibility?

I use Roboform and I don't have a problem. It has a better memory than me :D

I am not sure what the problem is Steve. I increased the session time when I first installed the forum.

Hey Steve,
If you get the latest version of FireFox, there's a feature where it will ask you whether you want to save the login info.

Evertime you visit a site that requires a login, your form will already be filled out for access.

With all the different sites I belong to, I'd be totally lost without it.

Another great feature is that you can go to your password page within FireFox and it will show you your list of passwords.

I used to be an IE guy until I discovered FireFox. Seems to be a lot more stable and safe as well.
Give it a shot and try it... you'll probably get hooked.

I am using Firefox now, I like it better than IE.
I cringe now every time IE opens by mistake. lol
No more problems with this issue.
