Well, I am glad you found it. You created a lot of documentation for us all with it. Providing tutorials makes selling the software much more pleasurable. Without it, you will have too many questions and refund requests. It really helps.

Screen Steps makes it easy to answer questions from customers in a way that they understand. And, you can hang on to the answers for the next time someone needs a little more information. Of course, if you keep getting asked the same questions, you may need to pass the information on to all customers.
