came upon a great book on digital and software licensing and rights. Chock- full of information and contains a number of forms covering contracts, copyright, and licensing. Here's info on the book.
I've accessed it via my O'Reilly Publishing "Safari" library subscription and am slowly making my way through it. My quick thumbing through it tells me it is a solid work for those interested in digital rights and liabilities.
I think you should be able to see the table of contents at www.safaribooksonline.com. The authors are lawyers at a Boston law firm specializing in intellectual property rights.

Great find John. I will be looking into this pretty soon for a upcoming project I am planning out. This will be ideal.
Thanks for posting it.

Yeah, the more I got into this book the more I found it very helpful. Gave me some real action oriented clues on licensing and EULA. Particularly on "clickwrap" rights and what protection the buyer has under most state consumer laws. Part on licensing opened my eyes and gave me some options to think about that heretofore I hadn't kicked around.
Hey Thomas, on another note concerning an earlier post where I asked you if you were going to sell more licenses, I didn't realize that I was in competition with you. Still don't think so. I think the pie is expandable and one guy doesn't necessarily take market share away from another on this TS forum. Seems to me the forum membership actually expands the size of the markets that are out there by creating new demands and opportunities. Heck I'll take 1% of a large maret anytime.
And thanks for your inquiry about my health. I'm in training at the fitness center getting ready for my next surgery in late March.
Best to you and all

Hi John,
I agree in regards to competition. That was why I made that statement. hehe
Competition in a market place is a good thing. It shows that market is profitable. I wouldn't get into any market unless they had competition.
Marketing and your sales funnel is really the key to set yourself apart.
Great to hear you are taking care of your health. I started hitting the gym last year and have seen some great progress. It is almost like looking at a different person. :)
I was able to skip the gym today since we got 3 to 5 inches of snow and no snow blower. lol
